- Convenient in-office lab draws, vaccine administration, telehealth/virtual visits when appropriate, and coordination with specialists or hospital care when needed.

Our concierge primary medical care, Lifelong Health VIP, is FSA/HSA eligible!
Lifelong Health VIP Membership
$150/month (billed annually)
All of the benefits of VIP:
- Executive Physical (annually), including advanced diagnostic testing, EKG/mammogram/DEXA, lab, and comprehensive examination and wellness plan.
- 1:1 visits with your doctor, 40-60 minute extended visits to build a health and wellness plan for longevity, as well as health coaching by your doctor on all the clinically proven and integrative medicine supported ways of preventing and treating cognitive decline, hormone optimization, cardiovascular disease treatment, and reversal of plaque, as well as others.
- Longevity-focused primary care visits by a board certified Internal Medicine doctor trained in longevity and optimal health, menopause care, and functional medicine.
- Personalized care and treatment for you and your unique needs.
- Direct communication, phone/text/email with your physician.
- Same-day visits, Telehealth support 365 days a year in the event of travel and lifestyle needs.
- Complimentary Hormone Replacement Therapy/Menopause care/Testosterone Replacement.
- Complimentary weight loss visits, medical weight loss.
- Complimentary Peptide therapy consults, teaching, and monitoring for safety.
Lifelong Concierge Wellness & Aesthetics
$250/month (billed annually)
All of the benefits of VIP Plus:
- Hormone/Gut Metabolic Functional Medicine Testing (billed to insurance when appropriate, additional significantly discounted cash price for tests not covered).
- Complimentary Aesthetic Treatments (50 units Botox, 1 syringe HA filler, PRP natural filler vs joint injections for pain, 1 micro-needling session per 6 months).
- Option for Prenuvo discounted MRI imaging, Galleri Blood cancer testing, Myriad genetic
cancer testing and others! - Discounted advanced aesthetic services (Erbium laser, Morpheus8 body/face/women’s health,
