$150/month (billed annually)
All of the benefits of VIP:
- Executive Physical (annually), including advanced diagnostic testing, EKG/mammogram/DEXA, lab, and comprehensive examination and wellness plan.
- 1:1 visits with your doctor, 40-60 minute extended visits to build a health and wellness plan for longevity, as well as health coaching by your doctor on all the clinically proven and integrative medicine supported ways of preventing and treating cognitive decline, hormone optimization, cardiovascular disease treatment, and reversal of plaque, as well as others.
- Longevity-focused primary care visits by a board certified Internal Medicine doctor trained in longevity and optimal health, menopause care, and functional medicine.
- Personalized care and treatment for you and your unique needs.
- Direct communication, phone/text/email with your physician.
- Same-day visits, Telehealth support 365 days a year in the event of travel and lifestyle needs.
- Complimentary Hormone Replacement Therapy/Menopause care/Testosterone Replacement.

Lifelong Concierge Wellness & Aesthetics
$250/month (billed annually)

- Hormone/Gut Metabolic Functional Medicine Testing (billed to insurance when appropriate, additional significantly discounted cash price for tests not covered).

- Direct, Unlimited Access to Dr. Kate Volmir – Same-day or next-day appointments, virtual care, phone/email/text access without barriers or copays.
- Extended, Personalized Visits – 40-60 minute 1:1 appointments focused on your unique health goals, lifestyle, and longevity plan (no rushed 15-minute visits).
- Comprehensive Annual Executive Physical – In-depth wellness exam with advanced diagnostic testing, labs, EKG, and (as applicable) mammogram/DEXA scans, plus a customized longevity and wellness plan.
- Preventive & Longevity-Focused Care – Proactive health optimization, biomarker tracking, chronic condition management, preventive screenings, women’s health, mental health support, and clinically proven interventions to prevent/reverse issues like cognitive decline, cardiovascular disease, hormone imbalances, and more.
